Coaching & Mentoring

Mentoring and coaching are where one person invests time, energy and personal know-how in helping another person grow and improve to become the best that he/she can through an ongoing confidential relationship.

Mentoring and coaching are very similar – the difference is in the degree of subject matter expertise offered. In coaching the aim is not to give advice, but to help and empower the individual to reach their own conclusions.
